Pre-appointment details

We want to see your home in its most natural state, so please don’t feel the need to “pre-tidy” anything.

Cancellation policies

If notified 48+ hours before the appointment, the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. If notified less than 48 hours before the appointment, the Client agrees to pay 25% of the scheduled session rate. If notified 24 hours or less before the appointment, or no notice is given, the client agrees to pay the full session rate. Appointments may not be rescheduled until any such fee(s) are paid in full.

Payment policies

Full payment is due at the end of each appointment unless it was paid in advance. Checks are to be made payable to “Quite Right Organizing LLC”. A $25 charge will apply for bounced checks.
